THE ROOMS: the suites are all furnished, with private bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, TV 21” , safe deposit box, cooler 60 lt., terrace, 2 deckchairs.
LAUNDRY: change twice a week, more if needed. Daily cleaning from 10am to 12noon.
CHECK OUT: 11am.
Small pets admitted.
BREAKFAST continental, buffet and/or served from 7:30-9:30am
The majority of the food and drinks served are organic and grown at the mansion.
LIVING AREA ground level is provided with a confortable living room, library at disposal, music, internet c@fe. This level also allows meetings, conferences (max 50 people), bar. Outdoor theatre.
SECURITY Pedestrian access to the mansion (eccept for disables and suites residents). Video cameras. However, we are not responsible for any damage at the vehicles. All belongings can be protected in our safe deposit.
SEA, EXCURSIONS the sea and the first beaches are at 3 km at the lido di Squillace.
However, during summer times be careful of the traffic, you might regret not staying by the pool...!
For the excursions in the area, ask us, we can give suggestions and itineraries.
SPORT, OUTDOOR Fishing in our lake (fish is to be freed), archery (your own gear), jogging within the approx 10 km of paths and 44 ha of land, bowls, b.volley, football, bikes for rent.
