WHY THIS NOTICE
This page describes the procedures for administering the site www.borgopiazza.it in relation to the processing of personal data of users.
This notice is made pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Code on personal data protection to those who interact with web services accessible at the following address:

No data collected through the website is communicated or disseminated.
Personal data provided by users who request information material, are used only to perform the service and shall be provided to third parties only if this is necessary.

Navigation data
Computer systems and software procedures for running this web site acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified users, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment.
This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the site and to check its correct functioning and it is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: apart from this, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by users
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses listed on this site involves the acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed in the web pages dedicated to particular services.
COOKIES
No personal user data is acquired from the site.
There is not any use of cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor are used cd persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracing users.
The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable a safe and efficient website.
I c.d. session cookies used on this site avoid using other techniques potentially prejudicial for the confidentiality of navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.
OPTIONAL OF DATA
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the application forms or in contact to request information or other communications.
However their absence can make it impossible to process the request.
It must be remembered that in some cases (not object of the ordinary management of this site) the Authority can request information under Article 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, in order to control the processing of personal data. In these cases the answer is a mandatory penalty of a fine.

Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, abuse or incorrect and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF USERS
The users whose personal data is referred have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data and to know their content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or update, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Under the same Article they shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
